WE DECIDED TO APPROACH 1:1 SUPPORTS A TAD DIFFERENTLY.
"We colour outside of the lines, and it looks awesome. "
-We prioritise consistent communication and collaboration with the entire care team surrounding our participants.

-We utilise artificial intelligence to develop mentorship programs for each individual participant, using their unique goals, interests and personalities

-We prioritise self development and holistic skill building over an "I'll do it for you" approach

-We spend more time gathering resources, planning shifts and devising structured goal achievement plans

We tailor our approach for each new person we meet. This is paramount to providing quality mentorship.

Using innovative technology, we form comprehensive, time-orientated plans for our mentees to better themselves and get the most out of life and their NDIS plans.
We have formed a passionate, diverse team of mentors who come from all walks of life. Our mentors spend time behind the scenes developing themselves and getting together to celebrate life, as we believe in order to make real change, we must lead by example.

WHY MENTORSHIP?
Mentorship programs for children and adolescents, that provide one-on-one sessions, can provide the support, encouragement and engagement necessary for people to overcome significant boundaries in their lives.
This is why we designed our mentorship-styled approach to deliver NDIS-funded support work to those living with disabilities. Using this approach ensures that the work we deliver is purposeful, productive, and in alignment with our participants’ goals.
When implemented properly, Mentorship relationships can provide consistency and trust which allows for guidance, encouragement and support for individuals to embrace their potential and strive towards better outcomes in all areas of life.
